Snap Oz Photography Walk

The Wizard of Oz Festival Campbelltown
This is pretty much a click, walk and learn morning led by award winning cinematographer Dion Wilton, "to capture fantasy characters in a real setting".

Ever passionate about sharing his expertise, Dion will take amateur photographers on a fun and relaxed tour to "snap" The Oz Gang at some iconic Campbelltown locations:
Quondong Cottage (Campbelltown Visitor Information Centre)
Town Hall Theatre
Farriers Arms Cottage (the Craft Cottage)
Emily Cottage
Koshigaya Park.

As you move from one location to the next, Dion will help you embrace light and shade techniques, composition and creative techniques.

Dion Wilton BVA has worked and studied in the media industry covering a wide range of roles and styles over a period of 28 years... direction, director of photography, camera operator, technical director, sound engineer, lighting designer, editor...

The many styles of production have included drama, documentary, television
commercials, training, corporate, music video and community TV. Dion teaches at
Metro Screen in Paddington, covering subjects from multi-cam production to

The Wizard of Oz Funland

The Wizard of Oz Funland is a unique, first-of-its-kind centre in Australia that was started:
- To provide a very interactive, vibrant, creative and fun indoor space that could engage the whole family at rates affordable to the larger community;
- To provide both performance & educational opportunities to local talent;
- To develop into a useful, moving community hub.
The Funland is home of The Wizard of Oz Show that has done over 3500 performances worldwide and was honoured with strong endorsements by the Baum family & last living Munchkins in America.

The Funland was set up by the Laul family as an extension of their work among the community. Apart from being a popular play and party centre, it has grown into a hive of local community participation with a large multicultural agenda. It proudly supports 24 Hour Fight Against Cancer.
